Circuit of Adus
Description
The plateau of the Adus, covered with fields of rhododendrons and bushes of blueberries, is colored throughout the seasons: the tender green of June and the rose of July will succeed the autumn red, the winter throwing its immaculate veil from November to May The alpine lawn and the shrub vegetation.
Only a few rare larches or arolles will emerge, serving as an occasional perch for the black grouse (tetras-lyres) that take these peaceful places abandoned by man for long months.
From the belvedere of the Valletta pass, the border link unfolds its charms orchestrated by the summit of the Mercantour while in the distance the reflections of the sea blinded by light glisten through their summer aura.
